  I want to thank you so much for the excellent job you did removing snow at High Point during this week's difficult storm. I had out patient surgery on Wednesday morning and was able to make it to and from the hospital, thanks to the outstanding, hard work of your team. It was really cold for our area and I woke up to a clear driveway, sidewalk, and street! I have north facing exposures so I live in fear of falling, but this team completely cleared the snow from all paths. Thanks for a job well done!

  The worst snow removal plan of an apartment complex that I've ever seen. Here's the problem. They left this pile in front of my garage and have been repeatedly asked in the last 24 hrs to push it aside so that my wife could get her car out. She had a medical appointment that she had to cancel today and we had to get someone else to remove it. Your personnel flat out refused to move this pile in 24 hours!

  Hello Gary- we are sorry that you are frustrated with our snow removal services. All we can tell you is to please be patient, this has been a blizzard and the 4th largest snow storm that Denver has encounter since Denver has been tracking the weather, our crews have been working around the clock in 12 hour shifts to help clear the snow and they are tired. If you would like to discuss this further please call the office. Thank you CoCal Leadership 3/18/2021 Hello Gary, thank you for posting the photo form our last response to you and again we apologize that you are frustrated, we would like to explain a few things to you. Our workers did not flat our refuse to to remove a pile of snow, they were following the contract that your apartment complex signed with us. Your apartment complex signed a plow only contract with us that has no provisions for other equipment other than a plow during snow events, due to the volume of the storm we worked with the maintenance engineer on your property to get approval to bring in more equipment to be able to remove the snow piles and that took time to coordinate through the proper chain of commands.   They ruined our lawn by using too much fertilizer, then turning our sprinklers off! I gave them 2 months to fix it, they never did. Overall experience with everything else they did was not professional. I have come to the conclusion they have no idea what they are doing.
