  Ronnie, Tron and the team were fantastic to work with. They brought to life an irrigation system that had been dormant for more than 10 years and placed sod in a yard that had been neglected for almost as long. It's now beautiful. Every interaction was informative and they don't mind sharing their knowledge. The pricing was disclosed prior to any work done and we weren't, "blind sided" by any extra costs associated with our projects. Ronnie was very good about staying in touch with us throughout the entire process. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and I'm sure we will be using them again. They will be our first call. Thank you guys for all your hard work.

  Ronnie was extremely kind and helpful during our initial meeting. He gave a fair quote and the entire team got the job done quickly and did a fantastic job! Everyone was courteous and made sure they cared for our home and property. Our home looks amazing. I would highly recommend them!

  We have had a fantastic experience with Ronnie and his team at Coastal Property Maintenance both while lived at our home and when we maintained it as a rental property. His crews are always on time and professional and our lawn was the best-looking in the entire neighborhood. His online system for billing/etc is great and they are very responsive to communication. Would recommend to anyone in the FWB area. Thanks!
