We recently had Mike and his Team completely re-do our backyard with artificial turf, edging, grading, and bark throughout our property. We had an excellent experience from start to finish and would highly recommend him and his Team to anyone looking for a great finished product at competitive price points. Great team of guys, as well. Very happy with everything. Thank you again, Mike, Alicia, and Team!

I asked Mike for an estimate which he provided. The written estimate was for our front yard at the time. While he was working on the sprinkler install I asked him for an estimate for the back yard and he indicated it would the same as the front yard $1300.. My mistake was not getting the back yard quote in writing, he seemed honest. As his workers installed the sprinklers the broke our curbing. He did offer to fix it, which was about $300. After he was finished he gave me the final bill. I was expecting $2600 but instead i got a bill for $2900. So he made up the $300 his employees caused in the sprinkler install. This guy is not honest and would not recommend him. In response to the owner, Mike could easily called me and told me it was going to be more, he didn't. Also they weren't digging by hand they had trenchers, you make seam as if the ground was made out of stone. Is it coincidence that the curbing cost $300 and then my bill was exactly $300 more? You are right he gave me a discount of $100 after I complained to him. What difference would it have made if i contacted the company because to my knowledge he is the owner.

Hi Tony, We are sorry you had a bad experience with us. We had to go back and look for the invoice and job notes for this installation because it was about 2 years ago. When Mike quoted you for the installation of the backyard, an exact amount was not given. He recalls telling you it would be roughly the same price depending on labor costs. The reason the labor cost increased was because of how hard the backyard soil was, which made it harder to dig and install, thus increasing the labor costs. The discount for the curbing had been included. Mike recalled you were still unhappy with the pricing and he did give you a discount on the final invoice. We hadn’t heard from you after that point and thought everything was fine.

It feels like enough time has passed since my landscaping was completed in March. The sod had good size missing corners in place that are still bare which I will have to fix. Some of the sod was left leaning against the metal edging only noticed when it started to die because it couldn't root. The biggest issue is the drainage. Before any work was done I expressed I wanted the water to run off the property. I had to big areas where water pooled. I was told that can be done with the grading and the sod would also help take care of the water. On the surface the landscaping looks great with exception of the sod issues that I'll fix myself. However, the does not run off the property and I have two marsh area's in the same places the water pooled before.
