  Poor service. Waited a month for them to come out and cut my lawn. Each time I called, they said they would be out soon, but did not show up. I think they give the priority to the commercial customers over their residential customers. Also, when they did cut, they did not do a very good job and left some areas untouched from weed eating.

  We appreciate and value all of our customers. Properties are serviced based on the route we are working that day. Unfortunately Hurricane Florence and the extremely rainy weather has put us behind. We do not mow wet lawns to prevent property damage. This was explained when we spoke and your property would have been mowed this week, as promised, if you hadn't cancelled via email. Regarding prior services, no complaints were received until now.

  Very nice group, but very hard to get a hold of to service the lawn. I think they are a bigger contract mowing company than residential lawn care.
