Classic has done a great job for us (residential customer). All of the guys are friendly, courteous and responsive. I don't often write reviews, but felt compelled to do so after reading reviews by customers who apparently don't understand the terms of their contract.

Did a great job for two years and then no call back or warning that they were not going to do our lawn. At least call your customers back and tell them you can’t do it or whatever.

A light winter. We get a heavy wet snow overnight, 2/25. Classic does not show up. The snow plow comes and plugs our driveway at 11 a.m. Still no plow service. My wife and I break our backs to clear us out so she can get to work. Now is 12:10 p.m., still no snow plow.
