  Zach from City Wide Exterminating was AWESOME!!!! Very courteous and professional. I called City Wide initially and left a message. In between I contacted another company who came out prior to a return call from City Wide. That other company came out and while the tech was explaining their services I was not too impressed and thought I should get a second consultation. City Wide called. Thank God. Zach came out and greeted me and explained what can be done to remedy my situation. Zach was very professional, courteous, patient and detailed oriented. After the visit I was confident with my choice of City Wide.

  The technician, Adam, was very knowledgeable and informative. Explaining their treatment and answering every question. He even helped me with language translation with another contractor. I would use this company again.
