  We paid this company to do some work on our property, which icluded about 6000 sf of sod. About 1/3 of the sod looked sickly and eventually died, despite adequate water and TLC. It was obviously a bad pallet, because the rest did fine. Left over 6 phone messages and even sent a letter asking them to come back and look at the sod......no response after a month of trying. I'd steer clear if you are looking for someone who stands behind their work or will even return a call. Very disappointed in these folks, thought they were a better company than this.
