Friendliest salesman that we found in all of the tractor places that we searched in North Mississippi. BJ was very helpful and knowledgeable about all of the questions we had regarding the new tractor that we were looking to purchase. He also had the best price around and never pressured us into any decision. He made certain that we understood everything regarding the purchase and the insurance. Kubota has a very nice tractor with the best insurance program and financing available.

I have owned three eXmark commercial mowers, currently have an X22 commercial walk behind, and the Radius X 52" which I bought from BJ Griffin three years ago. I do my own service, haven't been in the dealership since buying this 7k mower three years ago (still has a full year of bumper to bumper warranty). Walked in two weeks ago and told the "parts manager" I needed to service my Hydrostat drive. He takes forever to find me an aftermarket (Rotory) filter, gives me one (01) filter and a quart (01) of hydraulic fluid. Today I get ready to service the hydraulic and realize it has two (02) filters, I drive 24 miles round trip to get another filter. Get back home change both filters, pour half a quart of hydraulic into the reservoir, spin the mower around and it is winning, I know it's air. Call Chickasaw, of course they're closed at 5:02pm. Call another reputable eXmark dealer, they tell me not to move it, and how to bleed the air. Then they tell me I need a gallon and a half of hydraulic fluid! The amount doesn't bother me in the least, it the fact that I pay 7k for a mower, don't bother the dealership with nothing for 3 years, walk in giving the "parts manager" my year, model, sub model (which they sold me), and the idiots don't have enough knowledge to know what to provide me for a service. Good deal on L3901 but the little things that make the difference. When the tractor was delivered, it was missing a air valve cap. Not a major problem, but just an indication of attention to detail. I checked the fluids to find the hydraulic/transmission fluid not touching the dipstick. Went by and was given a gallon. He agreed if a gallon did not fill it, he would come add more. The last item was the quick hitch. Came with a QH05 installed but when I raised the 3 point, it would beat the back lights and trim. After a little research on the Kubota site, the QH05 is only for BX tractors maxing out at 28 hp, not L series. Called and asked, the salesman said, "I put those on 50 HP tractors with no problems." Griffin did take it back, within the 30 days. I took the money and bought the correct hitch, QH15. Works like a charm. Family owned. Friendly during the sales process, but the attention to detail and trustworthiness is only 3 stars.
