  This company was here every week as scheduled. However, the work was not very good. Asked to have yard cut at 2" instead of 3" and was told no, the other customers use 3" not changing it. the last day of service , he went around the yard twice and did not touch any of the leaves. He said he didnt do leaves only cut grass. There was even a lot of grass not cut. When I asked about the leaves and mentioned the grass wasnt completely cut, he rudely said your yard was a mess with all the leaves, i only cut grass. I Do NOT recommend!!

  Hello we are sorry you feel this way. Your contract was for grass cutting and clearly states "bagging of clippings is not included." We do offer leaf removal. However, this is a separate charge as explained to you. We did lower the blades when asked via text on 9/28/2020 and never received a complaint after that the lawn was too long. According to the saved message received from you and our reply back at no time did you specify 2" or was told no. Please feel free to call us if you further want to address this concern.
