  I used this company for leaf mulching and for mowing. During the summer of 2020, this company tried to bill me for mowing that was NOT completed. I did not renew a contract with them, but today I almost had a heart attack when one of their workers was randomly walking around my backyard. I went outside and asked them what was going on. The guy said, "We're going to mow the back." I said, "I didn't hire you!" I can't believe they randomly sent people to my house to mow, without me renewing a contract, without so much as an email! This company will try to bill you for weeks when no mowing was done (due to rain or due to the grass being too short to mow), and apparently, will send people to your home unannounced to do mowing that you didn't hire them for. Get it together, y'all.

  Erica thank you for reaching out to us. I just spoke with you on the phone regarding this and went over the emails that were sent at the end of the year saying it would automatically start up in the spring (sent 12/6/2020) and the Start of Service Email stating that when the weather warms up we will start services again(sent 3/1/2021) both were rejected by your email provider. The billing that you previously received was never charged and the issue was resolved last year. We now take pictures before and after, as well as a timestamp showing the time our teams are on locations. We pride ourselves on being professional, responsive and transparent for our services. I am sorry that you had a bad experience and wish you the best in the future. ***Note*** I tried to upload images to show proof of emails with rejection notice but this response doesn't allow it.

  Excellent work! The three lawn care workers were professional all the way. They not only did a great job, but they were attentive to all my request. I would highly recommend Derrick and his lawn care company. Thanks for a great job, my lawn and outlying areas look great!

  Shout out to Chester Lawn care! They provided leaf removal for my disabled neighbor recently!! Thanks Chester Lawn care for giving back to our local community! What a wonderful local business! I also used them for my leaf removal and they did a great job.
