  Can't recommend these guys enough! Super quick response time and took the time to come out and learn about what I was wanting done instead of sending a generic quote with no information. Scheduled for April 6th install and the guys arrived right on schedule and had it wrapped up in less than a day! Couldn't be happier with the new pergola over my back patio and looking forward to spending a lot of time out there this summer. Looking forward to working with Changing Seasons again in the future for other projects in my backyard!

  UPDATE: The company came back and erased their work so that we didn't owe them any money. The crew did a good job but we still had to deal with our landscape twice. While it was not a perfect ending to our business relationship, at least they did the right thing by agreeing to a solution we could both live with. To put it bluntly, this business is nice (at the beginning) but their work is terrible and their customer service is even worse. My husband contracted them to work on our front landscape last year. Either the work poor in quality or they messed something up completely. For example, we wanted bigger rock so the rocks would not get in the grass and we wanted it sloped in a way that it would not be as steep. They used the wrong sized rocks AND the slope was just as steep if not more so my husband has to constantly pick up rock out of our lawn. One of the worse parts? He told them about the wrong size rocks while they were in the process of laying them down. Their response was to cover the small rocks with the correct sized rocks (we already had small rocks before) and charge us the whole bill. Part 2 of the worse part, they do not communicate well except for that fact they want us to pay them (which haven't yet) and now they are charging us interest. They won't even respond to the BBB when a complaint was filed last year. We have now submitted another complaint to get the job right. I would SERIOUSLY stay away from this company if I were you!
