  Utterly disappointed after two years of service. I would not recommend Ryan or his team for lawn development. We hired Ryan two years ago, and while my yard is better now vs then, I have wasted my money on his services. It is not where it is supposed to be after 2 years and $1500. Not sure if it is lack of knowledge, business too busy, or that I don’t live in an upscale neighborhood, but my yard doesn’t get his attention or his supposed professional on his team. Cutting grass and getting up leaves, maybe. But, I would question that given lack of response and customer service. I will admit to being an involved customer for 3 reasons: 1. We are basically a 1 income household so where we put our money is important 2. I wanted to learn from him 3. I view it as a partnership since I am his eyes on our yard with visits being 4-6 weeks in between with treatments. I really wanted to support and see a local chesterfield business succeed. I would seriously consider someone else’s services.

  When they finish cutting your lawn it looks like a two year old did it. I called Ryan and ask him to come out to see how they left my yard looking and was told his crew sent him pictures and it looks beautiful. He did not need to come. This is what I pay $158.75 a month for. See attached photos.

  I have been a customer since 2016 and I have been satisfied with every cut, weeding, and all services. Ryan’s team of professional yard workers have turned two of my properties into the yards I’ve dreamed of. I highly recommend Ryan and Central Virginia Lawn Care for all of your lawn needs.
