If you like customer service, then dont uses these guys! I used them last season and they did an okay job. but when this season started, I was not going to use any service because I wanted to trim some expenses. They showed up without any notice or sending an outline of services to be conducted for the upcoming season as well as cost, ALL the other lawn services i have dealt with in the past do this BEFORE they start! I called them up and requested this charge taken off my bill because I did not request it and spoke of getting a notice before service given. I was told that since my wife had let them into the backyard which is fenced in AND AFTER they already completed front yard I was liable for the charges. My wife was not aware of them in yard until they got to the back. She also is not in charge of the lawn, so is not aware if I started a service or not especially since it was March when they came. After I tried to reason with them I was informed of the little fine print on the bottom of their bills. It says the service automatically renews unless you notify them! BEHOLD! We all know how people are fans of the auto renew contracts! So before you get in bed with these guys, read the fine print, because god knows what else is hidden!
