  I called to ask for an estimate and the person told me they would be out later that day. 3 days later, when I had not heard anything, I texted them and told them I had asked on Monday and asked if they were or weren't interested in new business. The reply I got shocked me! They implied from my message that I had an attitude about it. I didn't to start with but I sure do now!
