I will be getting all my john deere equipment from here, these guys will help you out. They will sell you what you need instead of trying to scare you away and cut you off. I was very impressed by the level of professionalism and product knowledge when visiting Cazenovia Equipment in Clinton NY recently.  I went to the Parts Counter for service items and left with all that plus printed maintenance overviews complete with isometric illustrations confirming part numbers, capacities and recommended service intervals.  They anticipated my every need. Joe at the parts counter was extremely friendly and very helpful.  He knew exactly what I needed.   I plan to return there regularly for all of my John Deere Parts, Service and New Equipment needs.  Cazenovia Equipment is on a totally different level from any other tractor dealership I've had experiences with.  It was truly one of the best customer service experiences I've ever encountered.
