I dropped off ours small family mower for a pin and a pulley approximately a month and a half ago. When i dropped it off they said they’d call with an estimate before they did anything. Two weeks went by... no call. I called there at least 5 times to check on the status during this time and they kept saying someone would call.... finally nobody returned my call about an update. After several days of phone tag, I finally decided to call before I just went in to ask at which point they said it had been done for a day or two now. Now it’s pick up day - no one working at the dealership is wearing a mask.... The mower doesn’t start as it’s been sitting outside and probably needs a new battery (which it may have needed anyway). That being said you think you would make sure it starts before the customer arrived since it took a month and a half for a seemingly simple fix? We will not be back here, we should have listened to our friends who warned us about the quality of service from this location.

Hi Randy, I apologize for your experience. I reached out to the service team and they have noted that they went through the recommended services with you after they inspected the machine. They condition and replacement of the battery was one of them, which was refused. Although it's not as much of an issue as it used to be due to changes in the mandates for vaccinated employees, but we did go over the mask mandates again for interaction with customers when they are not behind the plexiglass divider or less than 6' away from someone. These guidelines may also be why you witnessed some employees without masks as the dividers and distance allow this, although we do encourage masks as well. Again, I apologize for your experience and for some of these misunderstandings.

I recently purchased an X570 from the Oneonta location with Andy. I am very pleased with my purchase and the flow of how the transaction occurred. Andy went out of his way to finalize everything in a timely manner. He also made sure that it was detailed and he personally delivered it after hours on the same day that I purchased it. I would highly recommend him as your salesman.

In one sentence: Unbelievable kindness and customer service in every way. In way more sentences :) ... - I am likely going to edit this to add more details later.. but I want to type some now to share with everyone. This is simply the very best sales experience I have ever had for a major purchase of any kind... in my entire life. I have never been treated more kindly, more honestly, nor better by any dealership of any kind. If you are buying a tractor, utv, implement, or anything of the sort... do your research, figure out what you need, then go see Jeremy T. and tell him what you need. Not only will he do amazing by you with the sale, he knows enough to share ideas that may be even better. I asked more questions than could reasonably be answered. I am a nightmare customer, with huge expectations, and a small budget. I asked for volumes of very specific information... "how to" questions.. service questions, machine part questions, "extras"... Cazenovia Equipment delivered this machine customized the exact way I wanted it... they did it on time, under budget, and with so much kindness you would think I owned the place... I feel like I have truly made "friends in the business". Sales.. Awesome, Service after the sale support.. excellent, parts.. beyond courteous and fast... I feel like I stole my new machine, and they thanked me for doing so. I cant say enough good things
