  I contacted the office to see why our recycling had not been picked up on its scheduled day. According to Jenny in the office their recycling truck had broken down. Jenny was very helpful and contacted another driver in the area to come by and pick up our recycling, and within minutes it was done. She was so nice and quick to get right on things. So much appreciated!!

  In late 2021 we started a major remodel in Broken Top. My initial contact was Patricia and she was great at detailing the specifics on how and what to do. Since then, everyone in the CS dept has been awesome to work with. At a time when true customer service is diminishing across so many industries, Cascade Disposal has restored my faith. Keep up the good work.

  After the remodeling project was done, the driver noticed the business was not really utilizing the dumpster so he suggested they switch to a smaller roll cart. Jenny, in the office was very helpful in getting the switch over done. Great service, Bend is fortunate to have such a responsive company.
