  The owner is very nice and I enjoy supporting small businesses but I wouldn’t advise anyone to take their power washers here to get fixed. I’ve taken my power washer here twice in the last four months and it still wouldn’t work correctly. The soap wouldn’t dispense and the engine kept idling and stopping. I ended up taking it to a different place that specializes in power washers, this week, and they were quickly able to fix all the problems I kept having. I’d only recommend this place for lawn mower repair.

  Sorry to have disappointed you. We initially made the first repair in May of this year. You had mentioned you didn't use the power washer until August of this year and it wouldn't start. We made the repairs to get it running and started it for you before you left. We were unaware you were still having a soap dispensing issue. The last repair was also done at no additional charge even though there was stale fuel in the system. We are glad you were able to find someone to remedy your problem and thanks for the feedback.

  Today I picked up my weed eater in anticipation of the new season in a few weeks. As promised, it was ready on time and the tuneup was first class. This particular trimmer is a REDMAX. I purchased it in 2018, so this will be my fourth year using it. If you need a commercial grade trimmer that is rugged, consider the REDMAX LINEUP. If you need an honest repair guy, Ralph is your guy! He knows his craft and treats his customers fairly. Here’s to another season Ralph. Thanks !
