  I have dealt with Carroll's for over 40 years and purchased two 5500 series tractors, a 900 hc tractor, three prong ripper, rotary tiller, a x300 riding mower plus lots of parts and services. Normally it had been a pleasant experience. You can guess by now I am no spring chicken. Just when Ricky was retiring we sent the 5525 down because the cylinder in the steer column was leaking. well, it came back and the service department never relock the steering column and it was flopping all over the place. try laying plastic driving with you steering column coming up down on a turn. We said maybe they are just a little upset they are losing their Deere sponsorship to Atlantic Tractor. Ok we are winding down on the farm but still bush hog and use a jacto air sprayer that we need the pto working. Well we used it and the next time it would not work. We called to have it repaired and I will be honest, my wife said use atlantic cause they are now the only deere authorized dealer around. well, loyalty is my middle name but this was the last straw. We got it back but to engage the pto you had to be a member of the Avengers.cause this 78 year old man could not push the leaver down to engage it because i do not have the strength required, heck you could engage it very easily when we first got it. i used one of my you neighbors and he got it but i am sure before long they will break the arm that engages the pto. so they did not look to call and tell use the problem just ship it back. poor very poor

  Not sure if this is fair, but they left John Deere, still are Stihl.. Seems it's just a shadow of what it used to be. Service dept seems quiet, don't recognize any of the current employees out front. Something isn't right, but I hope it can be corrected. Not sure if it's COVID or management, but I'm leaning more towards it not being COVID.

  I bought my first John Deere Lawn Mower here. I worked with Andrea who helped me figure out the available options, the differences between the models, and who gave me a fair price. Delivery of my lawn mower was included and it arrived the next day (all the parts were in). The delivery individual took the time to answer my questions and ensured I was comfortable with the setup. I would recommend working with this dealership. I am glad to be part of the Deere family.
