Picked up chainsaw. No oil in it. Requested screws be replaced. Only one was. They did however replace gas line as requested. They adjusted carburetor and it will not idol; it dies. 😒 To be a woman

I bought a Stihl Wood Boss chainsaw, premix fuel, and some other chainsaw accessories from there today. The customer service, product, and usage knowledge of the young gentleman Chase who helped me was excellent. Chase knows the Stihl products very well and has very excellent customer service skills. Thank you to Carrs and Chase. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Though sometimes they lack in the customer service area, and their prices are a little steep, its a wonderful store and show room. I love the fact they started putting in some tree service equipment. It is kinda something they should specialize in. Lol. And the nearest arborist store is in Little Rock. Keep up kicking a-- guys!

Great business.   These guys are knowledgeable,  helpful and customer oriented.  They have great Stihl products and they service what they sell with expert mechanics at a very fair price.  Worth a long drive for me to do business with them.

Nice shop with plenty of selection and friendly informative staff, but I brought my rim in to have a spoke replaced two weeks ago. I was told that it would cost $15-20 and would be done in 3 to 4 days. I've called the shop and stopped in 3 times over the course of the last two weeks, and every time I've been told that it should be done by the end of the day and that they would give me a call when it is ready. I am not satisfied with how long a simple job has taken. If I need something done quick, I won't come here again.

Update: Finally got my wheel back. Good work. Just took much longer than I would have liked.

We are riding the Arkansas High Country Route and stopped by because my wife's bike shifter was not working properly. Johnny, the manager, was completely awesome and figured out the issue which was most likely the actual shifter cable coating coming off that got into the shifter mechanism.  Johnny had us going again super quick and went well above and beyond most typical bike shops.  We have been to a lot of bike shops around the country and we would rate Carr's right up there at the top.

I bought a couple of kayaks, had my bicycle repaired, and have come here often for lawn mower parts. Jonathan and Johhny have been especially helpful and friendly. It's a great place right in town.

People at Carr's are so friendly, nice and helpful. They have the best top notch products too.

Great guys sold me a near complete parts saw identical to mine for less than I expected my one party to be. They did not have to do that. Great prices on those fenix flash lights also . 5 stars

this is only a lawnmower and chain saw sealer they do not work on bikecycles any more so if you are looking for the bike shop that was there it has moved to 103 n commerce ave .
