  I will start by saying that John was pleasant and friendly enough until the end of our communication. I was just going to let the whole incident go and not put a review up, but the more work that I needed to do to fix what he did , the more frustrated I got. After putting a pool in he was going to regrade my yard , put down sod and make sure that the drainage between my neighbor and myself was maintained. I had specific requests as to what work I wanted done and how I wanted it done however John wanted to do it the way he wanted which wasn’t what worked best for the property. I thought the homeowner should have say in the process being that I’m paying the bill. I needed to have him come back multiple times to correct the pitch of the grading, he never fixed the drainage between my neighbor and I which caused standing water whenever the sprinklers came on or it rained. He put sod where I didn’t ask him to put sod and just piled it on top of the other sod without cutting it in to make it match up to any existing grass. It was higher than the air conditioner, higher than the sidewalk, higher than the neighbors grass, he stated that he was going to make that happen when we initially spoke but a lot of talk but no action. I decided to release him from the job and spent countless hours having to pull up and repair a lot of the work that he did. Very frustrating. My neighbors were beyond belief of what they saw. And lastly on our final phone conversation he stated if you ever need work again don’t call me and hung up on me. That’s real professional. I would say I don’t know if I would ever recommend him to even cut someone’s lawn. However it seems like many people are happy with that service from him, maybe that’s what he should stick to.

  So that’s definitely not what happened Ed. We have pictures of everything we did for you. When we came to remove the line of sod that really didn’t need to be removed the yard was absolutely watered way too much from you. The grass was completely water logged. There is no way the work we did caused holding water. Everything sloped the way it should (have pictures). We also raised the yard (have pictures) so it would drain. So yes we definitely did a good job for you and it’s very uncalled for to leave such a review when you were just looking for free work. We charged you 2000k dollars for a 4,500 dollar job, note we didn’t do the rock per our quote because you wanted to do that. But we most definitely will send you a bill for the grading and the sod. Thank you tho for leaving such a rude and uncalled for review.

  Johnny shows up when he says he will, if running behind notifies you by text. Does excellent work. Has put drains in my backyard and sod. Very satisfied with all he has done. Highly recommend him.

This company has far surpassed my expectations and now my property looks better than it ever has.
