  Rick Carney irrigation is very poor in customer service .They installed our sprinkler system in 2019--new construction--We paid $95 every season to winterize or spring start up .This service was to include checking to make sure everything was working properly. I called them this spring to activate our system. They tell me it is a 3 week wait and a 6 hour window for their arrival time. I inquire if an earlier appointment and a 2 hour time window might be available?--I was given a very stern --NO--I told them I would find another company. The new company arrived next day at agreed time They found 4 sprinkler heads not working and one broken from a fence installation in 2019.Rick Carney had supposedly checked the system 3 times since our fence was installed., But never mentioned any issues or needed repairs. Carney takes their existing customers for granted. I will make sure my numerous neighbors with the same system installed by Carney are aware of our concerns. I would not recommend Rick Carney Irrigation.

  I had a sprinkler system installed (7 zones) and they did a fabulous job. Morgan and his crew were a pleasure to work with. Bob and the office ladies were pleasant and followed up after the install. Customer service is rare these days. I highly recommend this company.

  I bought a new home in 2020 and the builder used Rick Carney Irrigation. Since then I have had problems with the system. Rick Carney came out on two different occasions to fix and issue without being able to resolve it before my system was winterized. Now that I am trying to get my system turned back on they have been unprofessional in dealing with this persistent issue and have not been very responsive. Instead of making it right I have had to call back on three different occasions to follow up and I still do not have an appointment. Save yourself the hassle and go with someone else.
