Went with my boyfriend and had a less than stellar front desk experience, but received a call from the managing provider after leaving a negative review. Taking ownership like that and carrying out customer service recovery are both greatly appreciated. The nurses, doctors, and other staff at the back of the clinic did a good job.

Solid parking, nice location, and staff is friendly. Was not a big fan of my doctor. Had to demand x-rays since something was off even though dr advised against it since I seemed fine. At one point he spoke down to me asking "if I were him if I would recommend a healthy person imaging?" Told him if a healthy guy was not feeling right and asked, that of course I would. I wouldn't go and spend money if I felt great. Generally, I avoid doctors. They found something in x-rays and told me they would call me back next day to confirm if its minor or major or what the imaging showed. Its about to be a week (more than next day). Results are crucial in letting the patient know what his next steps are before its possibly too late.

Good clinic - not without its issues. The PA Michael is knowledgeable, he will get you in and out quickly. Making an appointment can be a bit tedious. Some do it in person others tell you you can only do it online. The real only downside to this place is its pretty expensive. My insurance is decent and still paid $250+ for a 20 minute appointment after a vague “medical services” $500 bill came in the mail a month later. 😐 TLDR: Use this place if you’re in a pinch, but expect to pay up after.
