Captivating Lawn and Landscape has been wonderful to work with. As a first time homeowner of a half acre lot, I had no idea what to do when it came to lawn care and John has been very helpful throughout the process. As a fellow business owner, I value transparency/accountability and they have gone above and beyond in those aspects. Would happily recommend their services to all. Will continue to use them for the foreseeable future!

I could not ask for a more professional outfit to handle all my landscaping needs! I had some problem areas in my lawn that had been run over with weeds. The owner told me this area would be a process and may take many months and maybe even a couple seasons to rid all the weeds but, little by little I have seen major improvements. They did not try and simply sell me on their service rather told me the truth about my lawn and set the expectations from the beginning. The results have been exactly what they told me. I know I have tried doing it myself and had little to no luck. Captivating has exceeded my expectations and the rest of my lawn has flourished as well. Captivating also built two large flower bed retaining walls and those have turned out exceptional! What I really like about Captivating Lawn and Landscape is that they communicate before and after their services with pictures as well as what their schedule of service will be and they are on time each and every visit! #professional, #ontime, #transparent.

Owner seemed nice enough at first... we paid for a month service and spring cleaning, they missed parts of the yard, and didn't come back to fix it. They only leaf blowed and removed a portion of the leaves and were upset when I asked if they were going to come pick up the leaves. At first I thought maybe im being unreasonable, then I had another lawn care company... they were STUNNED by the lack of service and professionalism from this company. Dropped them immediately, trust me don't bother they truly don't care.

As per our previous conversation- I apologized for the lack of satisfaction and I owned that. I certainly was not, and still am not upset. I don’t believe my company was given a fair opportunity to provide service. We strive to meet everyone’s expectations, but we were unable to here. As a main value of Captivating being transparency, I will share the following. The first month of service was discounted 25% and the clean up was done at a discount of nearly 75% off given our initial agreement was to return the leaves back to the woods, not have them removed. I shared photos of trailer containing leaves, sticks, and branches. For the health and safety of your lawn it was only cut once in the first 3 weeks. This due to lack of grass growth. Cutting a stressed out lawn that early in the season will only do harm and allow weeds to thrive, every landscape/lawn company knows this. As for those weeds, the first application wasn’t given more than 11 days before expressing concern. We discussed at start of season that turf care (especially uphill battles) takes time. We discontinued services at your property on Monday May 3; therefore, you were not billed for services in May. If you would like to discuss further discounts or refund on your first month, feel free to reach out! Thank you!
