I brought my leaf blower to this company the first week in November, it’s now Jan I’ve called every week since Dec 1 no one has replied, I also went to there business during there business hours and it was closed and no one there, it’s now 2 months with no reply from them, know my only recourse is to take them to small busyness court. It has truly been a nightmare dealing with this company. If it truly is a company.

Sorry you have had a bad experience with us. I truly do apologize. You were called to be informed several weeks back that the cost of repair was more than the blower was worth. A message was left with the number I have on file.

This business is one that all should model themselves after!!!!!!! Right from the get go first being met and greeted by Sandy (10 stars for her) Jimmy (10 stars for him )came from the back of the shop to QUICKLY look at my situation and give me an approximate cost to repair they also noted that they were scheduled out for 2 weeks, totally understandable in the middle of the busiest season. I was a little hesitant as I had purchased my own engine for Jimmy to replace ( some merchants don't like this as they make profit /markups on engines as well as parts) Jimmy showed no concern at all with the fact that I did outside purchasing. As luck would have it I had ordered the wrong engine! I quickly got a call to advise me of the problem. Jimmy to the rescue he got right involved and offered to call the company I had purchased it from and was able to ascertain that a different crankshaft would have to be installed to allow the new engine to mount correctly to the machine. It arrived and sad to say that it was the wrong crankshaft (oh no what to do now) The same company then said that they had no solution and to send back all the parts and the engine. In despair I told Jimmy to forget the whole idea and to junk the machine, I would cut my losses and pay him for time and trouble! Much to my SURPRISE I got a call saying that there may be a solution after all, I was told by Jimmy that he had done some research at his home after hours and had found the right engine. Totally elated I asked him to proceed with the repair the engine arrived at my house in 3 days and Jimmy had it mounted and running on the 4th day. I informed him I had no way to pick the machine up, he offered to deliver it to my home no charge ( SERVICE 10+ STARS) I went to the shop to pay the money owed Jimmy said if you can wait a few minutes I will follow you home to deliver it. I said OK however he said before we left he wanted to wash the machine down I indicated as that it wasn't necessary as I would be using it shortly, he insisted and then made the delivery. The machine worked on the first pull of the starter and I finished my work in short order. This man and his business are top notch, first class providers of SERVICE AND HONESTY which is seldom found today. In closing they are COMPETENT,CARING,AND CONSISTENT and fairly priced I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for your service needs. ......Mike Olimpi ...7/14/18

Picked up lawn tractor 8-31-18. Took 3 weeks and almost $300 to "fix". After using 3 times for approximately 2 hours total, problems recurred in the repaired area. I asked if they could expedite a 2nd repair, best they could say was pick up in 8 days, then several weeks minimum to fix. Can't recommend them. **Follow up to above post: Seemed to me that it would have been reasonable to prioritize my repair; although it was past their 30 day warranty it had only had minimal use since. I took the lawn tractor to another mechanic. He basically replaced/repaired pulleys and belts that Capital had worked on. One shaft had not been tightened and worked loose, that was what what precipitated the current failure, although the current mechanic said the pulleys did not look like they were new ones.

We guarantee our repairs for 30 days and have even extended that if our work or a faulty part is responsible. We repaired Mr. Cash's mower 7 1/2 months ago. Nothing was said to us until 2 days ago. We offered to pick it up and repair it within 1 week. We have a 3-4 week back-up now on repairs. Our customers are very patient and appreciate the fact that we are doing our best. Mr. Cash rudely demanded that he be placed in front of every customer who has been waiting. He admittedly used the mower last fall without a complaint.
