  Rented excavator for a job it broke after using for a day and half called informed associate of the situation as soon as it happened wasn't even given refund for the whole day we didn't get to use couple hundred wasted better off with resource center or Carrollton equipment...Update after manager review they refunded the money for the day... But myself owning a contracting business would personally not want to deal with that associate again

  Mr. Cohee, thank you for the response on your rental experience with Capital Equipment. We work very hard to keep our rental fleet in good shape with proper maintenance and late model equipment. The machine you rented was put into the rental fleet in 2020. It is unfortunate the machine broke while you had it and we are sorry it caused you a problem with your job. With that being said, you did pick the machine up on the 17th and informed us that is was broken on the 19th, late in the morning, with the return late in the day on the 19th. After reviewing this with the guys at the store we did error in not refunding you the difference in the weekly charge and the 2 days you had and used the machine.   Great service and very knowledgeable and always helpful. I bought a tractor among other things and always more than satisfied with the help in making decisions on what is best for what I need. Parts and service counter are awesome as well with the correct parts and fluids for alot of different equipment especially Stihl and Kubota.
