  Canyon Springs installed a large patio, multiple retaining walls, border edging, grass seed, mulch, river rock, and other materials to give us our dream yard. They were extremely professional and did an excellent job! They were meticulous about their work and took the time to do it right! I would highly recommend them to anyone doing anything to their yard.

  This company is responsible for maintaining multiple properties my rental company owns in Auburn and they, not only do a terrible job of weed whacking, they refuse to blow off driveways/walk ways and leave vehicles COVERED in dirt and grass. I personally witnessed an employee intentionally blowing debris at an expensive sports car in my building's parking lot. And I do mean, COMPLETELY intentional. They also operate in an illegal and dangerous manner. The company vehicle has a huge tank (where they store gasoline) attached to it's front/plow rack, which could easily cause an explosion/ignite into flames. Never seen anything like it in my life. I'd be extremely wary hiring this company, the majority of their reviews are from reviewers who have ONLY posted a single review/comment for their business.

  Hello Alexis, Your review is very concerning and I am sorry for the poor quality of service that my team has provided you with. I plan on using your feedback as a coaching opportunity for my team and a chance for us to reflect on and revise our quality standards. Your concerns regarding the safety and legality of our vehicles is alarming but after looking over our trucks there seems to be a misunderstanding. All of our vehicles meet all state safety inspection standards and any upfits to our trucks meet manufacturer specifications. The one that you mention in your review specifically is a product created by Fisher plows and is being used according to the standards listed in their user manual. You mentioned my team carrying a fuel tank in that basket which is accurate, we carry 5 gallons of fuel in a standard 5 gallon gas can as a reserve for our mowers and other equipment. I am interested in discussing ways that my team can do better in the future and to provide you with a more thorough explanation of our safetyand quality standards.   AMAZING!!!! Thomas and his crew are SO helpful!! I’m new to the area and I called about six different companies for snow removal/plowing and none of them were able to help me. I found Canyon Springs and Thomas gave no hesitation to help at the last minute and was able to help me and my grandmother with some plowing day of a storm. Great company, great people. Happy to have found a reliable service in this area!! 🙏🏼
