  The first week a time was arranged (stated towards the end of the week) to receive a price quote (which I agreed) for services for my property. I didn’t receive a price quote, or a status if there was a delay… I had to be the one to contact them…Come to understand their delay, the second week a time was arranged either Wednesday or Thursday… SATURDAY I have not heard and YET AGAIN I had to contact them! Realizing the poor customer service/ lack of communication… mind you, I was only asking for a simple price quote, I decided I will take my business elsewhere… Honestly I wouldn’t even rate one star…

  Yes we did have to reschedule the appointment and the customer never confirmed the new date. So there was a miss Communication. I apologized Multiple times and she still felt the need to leave a negative feedback. You can make everyone happy all the time.
