  Camp Creek was referred to me by Home Advisor. After several days, I received a call. The caller said he was the owner, I discussed my landscaping project with him. He said he would come by that evening after 5 pm on his way Home if it was raining. He said he would call when on his way. I waited and waited. No one came by or called. The weather was great!

  It seems like Camp Creek does exceptional work. The reviews, where the customer actually had work done, are very positive. The photo gallery on their website is very impressive. I was actually very excited to get to work with Camp Creek. However, I have made several attempts to contact someone at Camp Creek without any luck. I initially was pointed to them from HomeAdvisor and was told someone would reach out to me "soon." No one reached out; so I called HomeAdvisor help and they connected me to Camp Creek's voicemail. I left a message that was not returned. A few days later, I sent an email via Camp Creek's website contact page and then called and left another voicemail the next day. Still no response. Based on the evidence that Camp Creek does great work, I'm guessing they are extremely busy. I get that. But at the very least, make a quick connection to a prospective customer--if just to say "I'm sorry, we're too busy right now." Had I gotten a response, I most likely would've waited a while to get the obvious quality work.

  The team at Camp Creek Landscape are professional, caring, and excellent at their jobs! My husband and I have had landscaping done in phases over a 2 year time period and everything that has been done has far exceeded our expectations! I have utmost confidence in the designers and the working staff and we definitely will always call on them when we need any landscaping done! Mitch McNeely, Zach Hill, and everyone else who have done an awesome job for us, THANK YOU!
