  First and foremost thank you to Mr. Cherms for allowing the land to make firewood and to a local tree company who let me borrow a saw until I could save up and buy another one. My experience is that these are not trained professionals. I had to call the sheriff office to get my property returned because the shop owner "Bill" would not give me my saw or fix it. Instead Bill tried to give me a check for $200 which is less than half of what I paid. This is what $700 got me at this store a chainsaw in pieces. I expressed what I needed and they said this saw was it. I will not let this owners actions define my character and I will still offer affordable firewood to help warm our community this winter.

  Great place to get quality stihl parts for your stihl chainsaw. Unfortunately the gentleman working the cash registers are very rude and if you're planning to get your chains sharpened here I wouldn't advise it. I've had many chains sharpened here and the past few times I've gotten my chains sharpened they don't cut. They look nice they feel sharp but they don't cut. I have another issue. I brought 10 chains in to be sharpened as usual that my 10° angle. I mill with my saw only. I came back 2 weeks later all my chains were cut down and turned into cross cut chains. I was shocked to say the least because now I have $500 of chains I can't use, when I asked them to recut them they refused and kicked me out of the store and told me they didn't need my business. When you purchase parts that they have to order don't expect them within a month You're better off ordering online. It'll be much cheaper and you'll actually get your parts within a reasonable time.

  Helpful, friendly people! Only thing that I thought was strange was I reserved a saw and they only held it for the same day they received it (difficult when you work a 9 to 5 and they close at 5:30). I get it, but at least let the customer know this when they make a reserve. My only 2 cents! Cheers.
