  I'm assuming they are short staffed. They flat out refused to service any more residential locations. They currently service about 5 houses on my block. I was shocked that the person on the phone sounded agitated by the idea of a new client.

  Hi, Amanda. I am sorry that we could not bring you on as a client. We are incredibly short staffed and believe in providing top quality service to those that we serve. In order for us to continue that quality service we must maintain what we have and not take on more at this time.
