Let me tall ya, customer service is their strong point. Didn't buy my mower from them but when my local dealer crapped out, these guys picked up the ball and scored a touchdown for the team. awesome facility staff was very professional eager to go above and beyond to help me and also biggest shock was when they had a chance to take a short cut and just tell me to buy a whole new replacement head for my weed eater they told me to let them check their parts bin to see if they could find the piece i needed to save me 30$ or more. top notch place and service

We have a horrible driveway when the weather gets bad. We called to have the driveway treated because we usually can’t get in or out and we have two senior pups we needed to be able to get to the vet. They were polite and professional about the last minute job being added and were at our house within a half hour and had us taken care of. Not a lot of businesses would rush to help a last minute residential job but they did and we appreciate it so much! Wonderful people. We are having them add us to their schedule. We will recommend them to anyone.

I called and left a message for someone to call me back about lawn care well over a week ago and havent heard from anyone. Lucky I was able to find someone to help me out. Whats even more messed up is they came recommended ... smh

My old mower shot craps and I knew We needed a new one.  We went down to window shop. Our salesman was a great guy. He said they don't work on commission. We chatted and I drove several mowers. He took the time to go thru each machine and explained the differences. We talked about new versus used, financing, where they were made, etc.  We even talked about where the decals are made...lol.

Anyway we settled on a Hustler Raptor. We opted for the 42 inch mower deck after going thru what exactly we needed.  Out of the shoot I love this mower. Turns on a dime and has such a great cut with no slanting deck cuts that the old Deere had. I brought it home and mowed the front yard and it was totally different from my old John Deere.  (Which also was a great mower...rip after 15 years).

Our salesman was Kurt McLure.  I recommend this guy as your salesman.  He was easy going and didn't press us into buying. He answered a ton of questions.

Pros: this place thrives on service. They have a huge department. It looks as big as the sales floor.
Huge selection of mowers, new and used.
Financing options.  We got 0% for 6 months. They have financing options available.
Optima oil program.  Using this oil extends the motor warranty by three years.
Cons: none as of today; the buying experience was great. I realize buying a mower is a big commitment.  I guess the biggest con is spending that cash....but Caldwell itself was a great experience!

Not real happy! Here I buy a $3,500 zero turn from Ben. I tried to call the day it was being delivered to throw a couple hats in.  Still No return call. The guy who delivered it was great,  said I needed to find a trailer. He said we sell trailers, I said hitches as well he said yes. I call Caldwell's to get pricing the salesperson says we don't sell trailers.  Hum OK not a pleasant experience. Not good follow up either, guess local isn't always better

Justin and the guys were fantastic.  They answered every question I had.  Showed me how to track the Hustler Raptor SD I purchased.  Let me test drive it as well.   The customer service was top notch.  They were very knowledgeable on all their Stihl products as well.   Walked out with a new blower and trimmer.   Don't go anywhere else.  Go to Caldwell's.
