  I asked him to fix my mower which needed a lot of work. Rather than tell me he was unsure if it was fixable, he advised that it would cost around $500. Afterward he charged me a $25 service/deposit fee just to look at it while on my trailer. A few hours later he calls me to tell me that it will cost much more than that to fix it. I ask him if he would be willing to buy it from me for parts and he offers me $50. I returned to his shop and took the mower to my residence and later sold it for $250. Needless to say, he did not give me my $25 back.

  They have had my mower for three weeks and still haven’t fixed it. I went by to check on it and it took them forever to even find it. I guess they only work on your stuff if you know them. They have already charged me for 3 labor hours for $160 and nothing has been fixed. I thought they did this for a living? I took them the mower because I have been too busy to work on it. I guess I should of just left it at the house till I had time. All it needed was a new belt and a tightening spring. $45 in parts and it is going to cost me $300.

  I don't like putting a deposit down on my equipment when I ask to have them fix it and have to put it toward a used or new product to get my money back. Not good .
