  I received this company’s info. From a craftsman rep so that my riding lawn mower could be fixed . When I called to explain the issue I was interrupted repeatedly by the employee. He was very rude and asked me in a rude tone “How may I help you”? He stated that he was hurrying me off the phone because he was with another customer. He told me that I lived too far and that he would not consider coming to look at my mower. Basically, the gentleman was unprofessional and rude. He suggested another business and I asked for the phone number. He told me that I needed to go in my phone and look it up myself. If you need help with your mower stay clear of this business!
