  When we first met with C & M representative Gunter. He was knowledgeable and personable. After doing as he had advised us, he never returned numerous phone calls, finally had to send a letter and the company gave me his cell phone. Called him and he assured me would be there Monday or Tuesday. Rearranged our schedule and no show. Finally he texted us stating due to all the problems couldn't work with us.
