  Mr Cooper has an eye for what your landscaping needs and when finished it stands out. I have had so many compliments on my yard. His workers are nice and hard-working. I have recommended C&C to all my family and friends. I will definitely always use

  This company has been responsible for installing a retainer wall at my apartment complex. When they began the job around my building, they blocked off the walkway and completed their demo in about a day. They then parked their bobcat in the handicap space and walkway, for convenience of access I suppose. If they would have been back the next day, it would have been understandable. Instead they decided to leave it there completely blocking off all paved access to the building for about a month. During this time, all of the tenants here, including a handicapped elderly woman, a pregnant woman, and 3 mothers of infants/toddlers, had to walk through the slippery, nearly ankle deep, mud to get home. After about a month, I finally called to complain. They came out and moved the equipment the very next day and cleared the walk way. I thought about leaving a review here at that point, but decided to just let it go. They then were gone for another week or so and finally came out a couple of days ago to start the actual construction. in the past 2-3 days, they have almost finished it. Well, tonight when my wife and I got home, we found out they had blocked the ONLY stairway to our apartment with their temporary construction fence. This was completely unnecessary, as the job site was nearly completely blocked off otherwise(except a gap they left in the middle of it), and seemed to be intentionally trying to be a nuisance to the residents here. This company is a complete joke. They take a month and a half to (MAYBE...they aren't completely done yet) knock out a 4 day(tops) job. They either have a complete idiot running the show, idiots working without supervision, or are intentionally trying to be a nuisance to every tenant in the building....any of which is unacceptable. If you consider hiring this company, get ready to have complaints from your tenants and wait 4-5 times longer than the job should actually take. Absolutely ridiculous.

  This company is absolutely amazing!!!! We had our front yard landscaped by them and we have had so many compliments. Walter and his crew are so kind. I DEFINITELY recommend them!!
