  This is 2022. Prices are unreasonable. Customer service is zero. Inventory is awful. Attitudes are poor. I'll go to Marble Fall or Fredericksburg for my hardware needs. Don't know how they stay in businesses?

  Always had great service there until today. Picked one small item ,went to check out and couldn't really believe the incompetence

  I came in not expecting Buttery's to have the specific roof jack flashing I needed. Their salesmen not only took me to it, they helped me assemble the pieces I needed to complete the project. $50 purchase here saved me about $25 had I ordered it online. And, it's good service if you ask for help!
