  Although polite, they never get back to you with an estimate. Very poor communication and follow up.

  Unfortunately that is not True. Ms Bartholomew, I never received word back from you with the quote we sent you. We have notification that you saw the quote and never responded to it. We In the process of following up by o see if you were still interested, we found that you posted on social that you went with any company. Later on we see that you went with another service still with no response. Our system does not lie. We know when every customer that we send a quote to has seen it and you were marked as viewing the quote but never got back to me. This quote was sent on September 15th of this month. It is unfortunate that you have resorted to slander.
