We love to shop local and this place is great.  We have always had a great experience there.  The service is top notch and they are very knowledgeable.  It's close and convenient and love not going to a department store.  This is a Hendricks County Gem!

Very fair prices very friendly staff. We always come here to get up parts or to get any of our tractors or lawn mowers fixed. They're very friendly and reliable, and do excellent work. Sometimes they run a little behind, but you can definitely trust in the work that they do.

I found Kyle super informative on the ego LM.  He was very patient during my 25 minutes of questioning over the phone. He put my mind at ease about egos bad reviews on their customer service. Busenbark works directly with the distributor. Ego is a great mower with a great warranty and now I’ve found a great authorized dealer and service center.  Can’t get much better than that! I can’t wait to make our decision and order our mower!

I purchased a nice heavy duty ZTR mower there in 2014, but before that, they had worked on my old one. They have always been helpful whenever I have needed any parts or lawn equipment. The people there are really nice to work with, and they know their stuff.

Watch out for these guys.  I brought in my top of the line Honda push mower into these guys for a tune up and to replace the carb. Spring of 2020. After they had the mower for a month, and multiple trips into the shop telling me it’s fixed (when it clearly was not), I finally took it home because it seemed to be working fine.  I was wrong. Last week (Aug 2020) I started having carb problems again. Started to take it apart and it was obvious that they stripped the threads on the block that hold the carb on. They also used the wrong size bolts and you can tell that they put the bolt on a grinder to make it fit. Pretty shady if you ask me.

Scott:  If we did something wrong we need to correct the problem.  We always try to fix everything the correct way.  As for waiting we are always a month behind in March.

Made 2 Appointments and they never called me back or came out either time! They took my phone # and said they would text me it's been  a year the first time. This time its been over a month. What kind of service is this! The only reason I gave it 1 star, it was nice inside and I was thinking about buying a new lawn mower, not there!

Started out great and I was considering buying a zero turn from them. I was talking to him about parts I needed and questions on a new mower, the phone was ringing in the background  and stopped.  Looked like he really wanted to answer it. 2 minutes later while I was looking at the new models, I hear him complain that "some people just won't stop talking so you can answer the phone, I really hate that!" - YES, he actually said that. Am I not a customer too? I didn't call to shop, I took time out of my day and spent gas money to go there in person to buy parts and shop for a new mower!! That is so rude!! They officially lost my business so I through the business cards and brochure away. I own a business and would never put someone off to answer a phone when I have the opportunity to sell to a customer that took the time to visit my store. Just pathetic.

This place has the best prices in Indy and surrounding Indy, it's rear to wait more than 2 days for your order. I live in downtown Indy an come all the way out there to get all of my equipment. Guys at the front desk are unbelievably helpful and can look up anything that you might need and place an order on it within no time.
