Great to deal with, excellent staff with plenty of knowledge of items. Will definitely do business with again... Now they have a full service bicycle shop inside.

Wish I could give them a 0 star. Was going to drive a 6 hour round trip to pick up a Ice Castle that they agreed to hold for me. Then sold the unit out from underneath me. Thank god I called because they didn't.  Trustworthy business??  Nope, just some shady customer service.

I'm sorry you feel that way. But in our  defense, you asked me to hold it until 3pm and you didn't call until 3:10pm. There was a customer waiting there next in line to buy it after 3:00 if we didn't hear from you.

Great service department! I can't stress enough how these guys take great care of you and you can trust their work.
