  I hired Cole last year to do a patio and some work around the house, to include a walkway on the property. He completed a patio on our home and we never heard from him again. The project was not finished and I had trouble getting a response. We were having drainage issues, including leaving a 4 inch PVC pipe visible in my lawn. He promised to come by in March the next year 3/21. I called weekly and finally daily trying to find out if we would have the work completed as promised prior to the rental season. No response. We had to finish the work ourselves. He has made no effort to resolve these issues. I’m now left with a lumpy, poorly draining patio.
