  It's been 8 months, and they still haven't given me a single update about parts I asked them to order.bive called three times, they told me they had some and we're waiting on the rest. It's not an old piece of equipment. Parts are available. I've called Stihl corporate and they've told me the parts are out there. Absolutely ridiculous.

  Very nice people. They seem genuinely grateful for your business. Happy to support local small business. Have purchased parts from them in the past and just had a shiny new Cub delivered within two days of placing order. Can't wait to mow!
