I used this company for help with lawn weeds. They were amazing.  I used another company for about a year and my weeds never got better. After using Bug Out for a few months the weeds were dying. If you have weeds in your yard and need help this is the company I would recommend.

Always on time and I don't have to think about it.  Walter has been our technician for 10 years now.  He is super sweet and I like having the same, knowledgeable tech every time.

Bug Out has done an exceptional job over the last 3 years servicing my termite protection, lawn and pest control services.  I would recommend them.  The technicians are professional and friendly.  They really listen to my concerns and address them promptly.

Greg showed up to our home on time. He used a unique knock so I knew it was him at the door. He then listened to all of my concerns and addressed them. He was personal and nice but remained professional at the same time. Perfect example of customer service and I wish there was more people like him. He was also nice to my toddler who pestered him with questions.

Brian Royce is a professional with a lot knowledge and a great personality! We are so happy we found such a solid company that cares and is timely!!!

Absolutely horrible for lawn service.  We had a fabulous guy servicing our account when we first started.  Since then they changed him to a different service area and you can no longer get anyone local - central call center only.  I've been trying for over a week to get someone to come, they didn't show up for the appt, didn't call when I put in a request for follow up, and refuse to give me the name or number of the local sales person.  Cancelling.

Out of all the companies I had contacted regarding termite services, the specialists with this company stood out- they weren't trying to use scare tactics and take advantage by trying to sell me ridiculous treatments that they wouldn't even warranty.  I will be switching from my other lawn care company as well to them, I'm so happy I had shopped around and found Bug Out!

Victor was very knowledgeable and professional. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and ensured that I was aware of all actions he would be taking. Victor was very courteous and pleasant to interact with. Brian Royce explained services and pricing in a very detailed manner. He was very professional and personable. Victor and Brian are great examples of the outstanding service I have experienced with Bug Out and are part of the reason I am a repeat Bug Out customer!

Went the extra mile to get rid of german roaches.  They were the only company who could get rid of them

We are new home owners in FL, so there are several types of insects that we are completely unfamiliar with.  We are fortunate to have Greg Sudduth as our technician.  He displays a great deal of knowledge regarding the insects, their habits and what we can expect.  He is extremely helpful when addressing our issues, he works hard and is thorough to get our house treated and ensures that it is safe for our dog. Greg is friendly and eager to address all of our questions.  We find Bug Out Service a company that is easy to work with, and Greg a great addition to their team.

The technicians are very experienced and always answer my quesstions in detail.

I was extremely satisfied with Victor and Bug-Out.  He took the time to not only perform his job but showed me around our property for prevention purposes. Had service since before I even moved into the new home. 2 years later our yard is still not as nice as my neighbors who have different company service. I'll have work with a company over the last six months notating the issues and still have not seen improvements. Actually since they left last over a week ago I now have for the first time mushrooms and the weeds still have not died. I actually got a letter about my yard from HOA. The HOA noted I had to fix multiple issues with my yard. I notated this to bug out weeks ago and still do not have Improvement of weeds bugs mushrooms along with grass quality. My neighbor's dog fertilizes better. Starting to wonder what I'm really paying for?

I have been very happy with Bug Out, it is totally hands off, They come on a schedule and I don't have to worry about it, the techs are very nice and respectful.  My billing is monthly and is charged to my card.  Very easy to do business with.  If I see bugs int he house or wasps nests, I call and they come out to treat.

Integrity.............Recently sold our home in St. John's (500k+) and the buyers secured a VA loan. Buyers had two inspectors.....one from Bug Out. We left the house for inspection which was to take 3 hours. We came back after 3.5 hours expecting the inspection to be completed. I went upstairs shortly after arriving home and went into the walk in closet to find one of the inspectors in there too. Something drew my attention to the floor where I discovered broken chips from the ceiling....I asked Mike what those were from and he looked at me and said " it was like that"....when I looked up at the ceiling I could see he had been in the attic because that section of the ceiling is the only way to access the attic and we have textured ceilings and the texture cracked when he accessed it. I understand mistakes happen.  Directly after I asked him about it he left the house and joined the other inspector who was speaking with the buyer outside. I went outside to talk with him to ask how that would be fixed and he ignored me. The last thing I intended to do was to upset an inspector....inspecting my house for sale. However....I know every inch of my home and for an Inspector who lied right to my face was something I needed to talk about. The next day I received a call from my realtor telling me that this inspector would not be coming to the house to fix anything until I called the owner of this franchise....I did speak directly to Stacey and told her what happened.......then I spoke with Mike........the bottom line is the inspector failed to accept responsibility for what he did.  Stacy suggested her husband could fix it because he knows how to fix textured ceilings. I dont know how or even if they plan on fixing the ceiling......what I will tell you is this inspector was not coming back while I still owned this house......home inspections are important..... home inspections need to be done correctly and with integrity for obvious reasons.....

I am very impressed with this company!!! I have never seen a service go to the extent of cleaning our gutters and making sure all wasp nest, spider nest, etc..are gone. I am so I happy I chose Bug Out!! Price was realistic as well. Thank you!!!

The technician is always on time, professional and very courteous. They are thorough and do everything I expect. For 13 years I’ve had BugOut without ever having a problem.

The service provider/tech (not sure what the appropriate title is) that came out was very friendly and extremely helpful. Even my very skittish dog liked him, which speaks volumes about his character to me. He was very patient with the dogs when he first entered the house and they warmed up to him quickly because of this. He not only addressed my immediate concerns regarding spiders and ants, but also took preventative measures for the inevitable Palmetto bugs. I was previously an Ehrlich Pest Control customer in SC, but will not go back now. Ehrlich told me my services had been transferred and even scheduled for our new house, then never showed up for my initial treatment; which left us stranded with a spider problem upon move in (new construction kicks up a lot of pests). Bug Out was able to schedule us for the following day, possibly even same day if I hadn't called so late in the afternoon. Bug Out is who I have been recommending to all the neighbors whenever asked.

No problems with bugs since their service (I do not have the lawn care through them, just the house).  Very friendly and courteous every time they visit....feel like they are more a friend than a service provider.  Gave 4 stars instead of 5 due to the inconvenience of their billing.  Accessing the online link to my account didn't work, then my account number didn't work....had to call their help desk to get in.  Not sure why they won't allow for auto-pay....?  Recommend them.  Had them at a prior house and did a great job there too.

Just transferred by service from Jacksonville to St Augustine.  The folks in St Augustine were prompt getting my accounts transferred and were at my house within two days to install the Sentricon Termite System along with the yard and pest service.  Initially, very pleased.

These guys just can't get things done. I called two weeks ago because I have bugs in my house. I am on a contract for the year and they say they will show up and then don't show up or call.At this point I think that I would like to just get my monies back.
