Had our stiener for over a month an was only gonna take an week and charged us to rent another even though it's there fault we didn't have it.. also gave us a price and tried getting us to pay an extra $700 and said they can add up to 10% legally? Our bill was suppose to be $3800 which 10% is only $380? Place is a joke

Josh, we never want to disappoint and truly believe that better communication on both sides could have greatly improved your experience. We fully intended to turn around your machine in a week. However, there is no way we could have known that the engine needed for the repair would not be in stock and on back order at the both the regional warehouse and the factory! This is what caused the extensive delay.   The original estimate we provided was $3,800 for the engine and parts, this did not include labor. Lastly, during this process we spoke with a number of family members and relied on you all to communicate with one another when we called to deliver new updates on the status of your machine, delays and etc. We understand that you were frustrated with the length of time it took to receive your machine back and the final price. Since we want to be fair in our dealings, we negotiated and came to an agreement. We asked you to pay the amount you thought was fair. We can not get any fairer than that with you!

Shop elsewhere. They charge above premium price for sales and service for the same you can get anywhere !!!!!!!

Friendly , courteous very knowledgeable about their product , answered all questions I had. best of all , no pressure to purchase.

They sell certain products but don't sell a lot of repair parts for that product
