Doing business with this place is a huge mistake!!! Customer service is the worst I've ever experienced.  Took my mower in for service and adjustment of tracking. Tracking was not fixed and when it was addressed the mechanic wants to fist fight. Apparently they have a history of this problem according to the lady in the parts department. Then they lost my chainsaw. Tried to tell me I picked it up already. When what really happened is they put it in somebody else's name and misplaced it. 6 weeks later after I show up in person to speak with them face to face it was still missing. A week later it was found. I had to keep calling. They do not return calls!! Don't dare call and ask a maintenance question about your mower....they say you need to bring it in so they can charge you to fix it or sell you a part. I will NEVER do business with them again....NEVER!!!! save yourself the trouble. Go somewhere else!!! Anywhere but here.
