  Last year I had a problem with my service. I left 3 messages with them, none were returned. Again this year, they come, are here maybe 5 minutes for a large lawn, throw a bill on the door (last week it was someone else's bill) and again, no calls are answered or returned. A few years back, they actually cared about the quality of their service. That is long gone.
