  Unfortunately there's no option for 0 stars. Let's put aside the fact that they are never friendly when I pay the rent. No "hi" "how are you" or "thank you" after, not even a slight smile. They have no security cameras for the storage units, no locked gate, no special locks, and no insurance for stolen property. 6 units were broken into, and rummaged through, they took the time to steal what was valuable. Brown county rental has done, and will not do anything about it from their end. They don't have "safe and secure" anything. Store at your own risk.

  I have been an off and on customer of this establishment for the past 33 years. They advertise "safe and secure storage" but the offer no such security, there are no cameras on any of the units nor is there a fence or gate. They have actually downgraded security, 33 years ago there was at least a locked gate. They offered no apologies for the 6 units that were broken into nor refunds for units that were paid 2 days ago. They placed the blame on renters for no insuring the contents of the units. Rent at your own risk.
