  It wasn't good! We set up a day and time to have Josh come out to give us an estimate to completely do our backyard. He called to tell my husband he was running 10 min late. A half hour later he still hadn't showed so I called the office. The lady said she'd text him to see what was going on. We never heard back. I called the office about 4:30 that night...they close at 5pm...the answering machine came on with a man's voice saying they weren't available to leave a mssg. I left a mssg wondering what went wrong with our appt. Never heard back. Called the next day...got the same recording! I don't play games! I was done! I hope no one does business with them cuz they evidently don't appreciate potential customers!!!

  These guys will come out to your appointment on time, but if you look poor, they’ll never call you back. Had an assessment with a guy about the work we needed done. It was going to be a lot of work, and a lot of money (I would imagine). They probably took a look around the property and decided that there was no way we could afford it, so it was just a waste of time for them? The guy said he would call us in the next week. I waited two weeks then called. They took a message for the guy and he still never called us back. I recommend flashing them a wad of cash if you really want any work done. Seriously, take my money!!!
