  As a Community Manager, I've worked with several vendors, and have had a pleasant and positive experience with Brightview, specifically Shad Parrish. Brightview will be the new landscaper at one of my properties, and Shad has been so great to work with. He's very knowledgeable about the services, very friendly, and it's obvious he is passionate about what he does. I look forward to a continuous partnership.
