  Great people to work with. Traci came by to measure my yard supper early to accommodate my work schedule, they were able to find the exact strain of St Augustine sod that I wanted and did the install quickly. Scott walked the property with me before the install just to make sure they did the installation exactly how I wanted it. They marked every sprinkler head and removed the old sod by hand around them. There was not a single broken head after the install. Very pleased, highly recommend for all your landscaping needs. Update: Couple years later the scotts provista that they installed is still looking fantastic. After hearing horror stories from friends about sod installations from other companies I just laugh cause if how smooth ours went. I still to this day highly recommend them. And would use them again in a heartbeat.

  Brevard lawn sod service is horrible. I ordered 4 pallets of shade tolerant Seville installed...$400 each pallet. Instead, they laid classic St. Augustine. It died. They said...too much shade,,too much water....but we will replace in October, October comes and goes...Scott won't talk to me. The company won't honor the replacement. The company is not trust worthy and won't communicate, answer calls, etc. Don't buy from them. Nail farms is a good company and a better alternative. I am sorry..but you are ignoring the problem. I purchased shade tolerant sod and you did not install shade tolerant sod. You did not install the sod that I bought and you didn't admit to the mistake. And you agreed to replace but did not honor the agreement. Your rep advised to water 15 minutes per day per zone. Mother nature added more water by the it didn't kill the grass. The green grass in the middle is the existing sod from my hard. The dead stuff is from Brevard lawns. Before and after it was laid.

  We buy our sod from the same place they do. You clearly over watered your new sod. We install over 1,000 pallets a yr and maybe get 1 or 2 bad reviews I think this might be a unique problem with your specific lawn. You paid Massey $400 a pallet not me they are the ones refusing to warranty it fyi. You did not pay Brevard Lawns for this service you paid Massey. They need to honor their warranty and pay me to fix it. They take care of the fertilization and should have caught this before it got to this point. Blaming the initial install is completely irrelevant and has nothing to do with why your sod is dead.

  Find someone else. Started off good - then not....We've used Brevard Lawns for a few years. When we first bought our home they were great. But there has been too much turnover. We are part time residents, and would arrive at the house with the property looking half-done. Palm fronds on the ground and just mowed around for weeks. We arrive back in town yesterday, and the lawn was overdue and overgrown. After a quick call we learned that because they had a slacking crew that was doing a bad job, they fired the crew and dropped all the accounts - including us! We were never informed. They just stopped mowing the lawn, and sent us a letter, which we haven't gotten yet. Every time we call to discuss billing issues, there is new staff that has no idea what is going on. Update: Dude, this wasn't a bash. I support local small businesses as much as possible. I did not expect you to trim the trees. But I also did not expect you to leave the fronds on the lawn for months and mow around them leaving 3 foot tall grass. ...these are all little details. I hope the new business goes well. Work on the communication.

  We sent you a letter and an email stating we were cancelling your service 1 month prior to stopping service. I do apologize if you didn't receive it. Palm tree trimming was not included in your service. Most people pay to have their palms trimmed so they are not laying everywhere. I am focusing more on irrigation and landscaping installs. It has nothing to do with employees.
